This Privacy Policy explains how AppyPath Limited, the service provider for MonOS, handles information when you visit this website or use the MonOS app.

Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your email address when you contact us or create an account in MonOS, and your name if you sign in with Google. In the app we also store the tasks and content you create and your subscription status. We may also receive basic technical information, including device, browser, crash and usage information, when you visit the website or use the app.
How We Use Your Information
We use information to provide, maintain, and improve MonOS; respond to messages; send updates you request; understand how the website and app are used; and protect the service from misuse.
AI-Powered Brain Dump
MonOS includes an optional Brain Dump feature. When you use it, the text you write, and today's date, are sent to Anthropic, the AI provider we use, so it can turn your text into a task breakdown. We do not send your name, email address or other account details with that text.
Voice Input
If you use voice input in Brain Dump, your device's speech recognition service (provided by Google on Android or Apple on iOS) may process what you say in order to convert it into text. MonOS receives only the resulting text. Those services are governed by Google's and Apple's own privacy policies.
How We Share Your Information
We share information with providers that help us operate MonOS, and they may use it only to provide services to us. These include Google (Firebase, for sign-in, data storage and crash reporting, and Google Play for payments), RevenueCat (subscription management), Anthropic (Brain Dump, described above), and hosting, analytics and email delivery providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of MonOS.
Data Retention and Security
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. To make a privacy, data deletion, or CCPA/CPRA request, contact info@appypath.co.uk. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Data Deletion Requests
You can also delete your account from within the MonOS app.
AppyPath Limited, the developer of MonOS, allows users to request deletion of their personal data at any time.
- Email info@appypath.co.uk with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include the email address associated with the data you want deleted so we can identify the relevant data.
- We will process the request within 30 days, subject to any applicable legal requirements.
What data is deleted
We will delete the email address and any usage or technical data associated with it, where applicable and reasonably identifiable.
What may be retained
We may retain information required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Any such information will be kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
Children's Privacy
MonOS is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as MonOS develops or as legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the date above.
